What does a trade fair hostess cost
We build the price around what you expect — duration, languages, location and scope of service. So you have a starting point for your budget, here's the entry level.

Priced around your needs. We build the quote from the services you actually use — duration, number of people, language skills and venue. You get it itemised, not as a single figure.
No surprises. Weekends, night shifts, travel outside the region or a special dress code go into the quote up front. What you approve is what you pay — nothing is added along the way.

The questions we hear most
What does a trade fair hostess cost?
The entry price is EUR 250 per hostess and day. We build the final amount individually — based on the length of the event, the number of hostesses, language skills and the venue. You get the quote itemised by service and non-binding, so you know in advance what you're paying for.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
The sooner, the wider your choice. For big fairs like MSV Brno or FOR ARCH, capacity fills up about a month ahead; for fairs abroad even earlier. We can handle last-minute events too, but the choice of profiles is then smaller.
What if a hostess falls ill?
For every booking we select two backups in advance. If a hostess falls ill or can't make it, the backup steps in — with no effort on your part and no surcharge.
What about languages?
Each profile lists the language and level, most often English and German. If you need a hostess for technical explanations or hosting international guests, note it in your enquiry — we also have profiles focused on interpreting and VIP care.
Do you provide hostesses for fairs abroad too?
Yes. We travel to fairs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland — for example AMB Stuttgart or ALUMINIUM Düsseldorf. The hostesses speak English and German, travel and accommodation are itemised in the quote in advance, and we invoice in CZK.
Do we handle clothing and briefing, or do you?
Briefing and coordination with the hostesses are on us. If you have company clothing, send us the sizes in advance. If you don't, we'll agree on a dress code — that belongs in the enquiry.
How many hostesses do I need for my stand?
As a rule of thumb: for a smaller stand up to 30 m² one hostess is enough; for larger expositions and busy fairs two to three work well so they can take turns. Tell us the stand size and your goal — we'll advise based on what has worked at similar events.
How do payment and invoicing work?
We invoice in CZK and payment is made in advance on the basis of the approved quote. We handle the contractual and payroll side in full, including fairs abroad — you deal with nothing extra.
